Curriculum Vitae/Resume 3 Comprehensive, well-organized, tailored to the job, and free of errors. (3) Mostly professional and complete but with minor errors or omissions. (2) Incomplete, poorly organized, or not tailored to the job. (1) No CV/resume is submitted, or it is unprofessional or irrelevant. (0)
Mock Interview 2 Demonstrates strong preparation, professionalism, and the ability to answer questions clearly and effectively. (2) Shows adequate preparation and professionalism but with minor issues in presentation or responses. (1.5) Displays limited preparation or professionalism during the interview. (1) Fails to demonstrate preparation or professionalism, or interview is not completed. (0)
