2. Assign workbook exercises, TryIts, etc. as appropriate on Wednesday, and use Friday as a work/lab day to cover questions, go over that homework (you can give them a completion grade if you want), look at and listen to/perform music that is in minor (including Berkowitz melodies/duets), etc.
